Project Summary

JD Houston & Company, LLC is an accounting firm with offices in Lawrenceville and Buford, Georgia. They asked me to redesign their logo and update their branding. They felt their original logo didn’t convey their brand and capture their services.

I updated their blue to make sure the color was safe for printing and added accent colors to maximize flexibility. Their original logo font was a sans-serif so I swapped it for a serif font to better reflect the brand. Additionally, we added a sans-serif font for non-headings to make paragraphs easier to read.

I greatly enjoyed working on this project. Brand identity is like a puzzle, and it’s always satisfying to see the pieces come together.
